2lbs. frozen hash browns or O’Brien potatoes
½ c. onion
½ c butter melted
2 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 -8oz container sour cream
1- 14oz pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350. Partially thaw potatoes. Mix all ingredients together and place in greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 45 minutes.
